Rooted Courage: Building Self-Leadership from the Inside Out

Courage in leadership begins long before the bold move—it starts with the inner work of knowing who you are, what you stand for, and how you will lead yourself each day. This session invites women leaders to root themselves in values and vision, the foundation of effective self-leadership. Drawing from Dr. Kate McCombs’ research, participants will learn to: Ground their leadership in clearly articulated values. Translate values into a vision that strengthens confidence and decision-making. Practice self-observation to ensure daily actions align with what matters most. By rooting first, women leaders gain the clarity and confidence needed to face challenges, influence others, and break through barriers with courage.
