Mutual Leadership is a model that helps to emphasize clarity in organizational vision, mission, and values, and alignment across leadership. Kathy outlines six pillars: Mutual Interest, Mutual Respect, Mutual Understanding, Mutual Support, Mutual Expectations, and Mutual Encouragement/Appreciation/Recognition that will help individuals and organizations respond to increased pressures and burnout by helping them to elevate mindsets, empower employees to make decisions and take ownership and reduce burnout on mid-level managers.

Kathy Boswell is the Chief Encouragement Officer of B Intentional, offering coaching andconsulting for individuals, teams, and organization to be intentionality to theworkplace experience. Kathy recently served as Vice President of CommunityEngagement with The World Games 2021 Birmingham. Her experience includesserving as Director of Employee Experience with the Birmingham EducationFoundation and as a Consultant with Healthcare Experience Foundation. In bothorganizations, she shared her expertise in organizational culture strategy,leadership development and coaching. In 2019, Kathy launched her organization:B-Intentional. Kathy is the author of a unique devotional journal entitledPassageWalk™; a 33-day walking program that incorporates walking and Biblestudy. She is a graduate of the University of Alabama at Birmingham and aMomentum alumna.
